Refund Policy - All Sales are Final. Due to the nature of digital downloads and non-tangible irrevocable goods. Before you click purchase on the final confirmation page, make sure that what you're about to order is correct. We have a NO REFUND POLICY.

We do everything we can to make sure our photos and videos are in perfect order, but in the rare occasion that you download a defective file, please contact us and our customer service representatives will contact you within 24-48 hours to resolve the issue. Support@xfanclubs.com

Refund Exceptions:
<br />
 

1.     In the event of a model failing to deliver a custom video clip within the agreed time period, plus an additional 96 hour grace period, the customer is entitled to request a 100% refund. All refunds will be processed within 5 working days of request.
<br />
 

2.     In the event of a custom video clip being rejected by a model due to grounds of the written description not reasonably matching the selected category, and in agreement by Xfanclubs.com, then the customer will only be entitled to a 80% refund, with a 20% deduction to compensate for the associated payment merchant fees of issuing a refund. In the event the customer forces an unjustified refund (chargeback) in the sole opinion of xFanclubs.com, then the customer will be barred from any further use of xFanclubs.com.
