ChatForFans offers an online marketplace to chat with your favorite artists or meet new artists to chat with.

ChatForFans is paid service meaning you agree to pay Artist the listed price for chatting, sending photos or videos as listed on the Site

By accessing ChatForFans.com you are affirming that you have read and agree to our Terms of Use and Service and our Privacy Policy. The Services and Content are provided to each User subject to the TOS, which may be revised, changed, altered or updated from time to time without notice by ChatForFans, in ChatForFans sole discretion. The most current version of the TOS will always be located and displayed on the Site. When a User accesses or uses any part of the Site, such User agrees to the terms and conditions of the TOS. If you do not accept the terms of this user agreement, do not access or use this site.

The images on the ChatForFans site is the copyrighted property of ChatForFans and/or of those credited as providers, the Artists.

Each User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any User login user name and password (or other identifying information). Each User shall notify ChatForFans of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of User?s account, Site login user name and/or password or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of User's password or credit card information.
