<p>-Make the description an actual DESCRIPTION. A bit of fantasy is okay,
but the description must
<br>somewhat describe what the surfer will see in the site. I get webmasters
saying things like

<br>WHEN, the site has "Two galleries of a lady stripping and posing showing
her pussy." LOL
<p>-Also, I am okay with "money bars" on the index as long as it's not
12 links. There is a 3 links
<br>per page rule but if someone has 2 banners then 3 or 4 links on the
bottom, that's fine.
<p>-Other than that I'm okay with anything as long as the site is easy
to navigate.

<p>-Moving a gallery to the proper category will be needed a few times.
One guy submits Asian teens
<br>to Teens all the time. Put it in Asian.
<br>Other people submit Babes and Bigtits when it should be Amateur since
she's does not have
<br>bigtits and is not really a babe. Balancing Pornstars, Babes and Centerfolds
is tough.
<br>Centerfolds are known internet models who are not really Pornstars.
Everything else is a Babe.
<p>-Recip links? I don't care so not required.
<p>-You will get more submits than needed many times in some categories.
Let them carry over.
<br>Once you have 6-7 in a category approved then put no more. Just scroll
past those.

<p>-If you get a duplicate submit, delete one only and review the other.
<p>-Reviewing. Here's how it works. Always "Manually Submit a Post" (submitting
your own. It's in the first drop down bar) after
<br>you've done the reviews as that is what will be added to the top of
that category.
<br>When you review a link then the link below it, the link below it will
be higher on that day's
<br>list. Make sense? So the very last gallery you review that day will
be at the top of that
<br>category when you do a Build All Pages. Accept for any you Manually
Add as I already mentioned.
<p>-At the bottom of the Review page is the Execute Function to process
Selected posts. Hit that and anything you have checked for approve (the
A box) will be ready for the update and anything you clicked for rejected
(the R box) will be dumped.
<p>-I have a couple of guys that submit crappy stuff. One is "us bukkake"
to hardcore. I pass maybe
<br>40% of his galleries and the others get thrown into Oral. The other
guy submits anal to hardcore
<br>which is fine but it's usually a mixture of pics and many times it's
crappy. I allow maybe 50%
<br>of his. Another guy submits to teens (exposedteens is the url I think)
and almost every time
<br>it's actually Amateurs. Make sure it has nudity too with him. These
guys submit a lot of
<br>the same pics too so be careful there. Use your judgement. I don't
care if you approve them.
<p>-Please feel free to insert your own sponsor hosted galleries in there.
As I already said I'd
<br>like to fill the categories with at least 2 submits daily.
<p>-Oh yea, every 3 days or so it will ask to do a Data Backup. Can't miss
it, it'll be in Red. Just check the box and hit the Execute Function. That
takes you to another page and hit that button too. Allow 1 minute or so
before doing anything else. Don't worry, it walks you through it all and
it's easy.
